Where your data lives
Patient data and backups are hosted in India. We document the agreed hosting setup before go-live.
Backups
Daily encrypted backups kept for 30 days, with a tested restore. Off-site copies are scheduled during implementation.
Access control and audit trail
Access is role-based, so the right people see and change the right information, and changes are recorded in an audit log.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or above) and at rest. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Data ownership and export
Your hospital owns its data and can export all of it as CSV or Excel at any time.
